Warranty
- To manufacture our products we choose the best materials in respect of the environment and safety. All items sold are covered by the "Legal Warranty" of Conformity provided for in Articles 128-132 of the Consumer Code.
- The Seller answers for any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within a period of 2 years from delivery of the goods. In order to benefit from the Warranty, we advise you to keep the proof of purchase.
- The Warranty does not cover Items that have been repaired, modified or altered in any way by the user. Also excluded from the scope of application of the Legal Warranty are any failures or malfunctions or other kinds of defects caused by accidental events or by the user's fault, or by using the product in a way it was not intended for and/or in a manner not provided in the technical documentation attached to the product, if any, or in the instructions for use relating to the same. The Seller shall not answer for any defective Items repaired by persons other than Seller's designated repair personnel.
- The Customer loses all rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to the Seller within 2 months from the date on which the defect was discovered. The complaint is not necessary if the Seller has acknowledged the existence of the defect or concealed it.
- In any case, unless there is proof to the contrary, it is presumed that the lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date, unless this assumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.
- In case of lack of conformity, the Customer may request, alternatively and free of charge, under the conditions indicated below, the repair or replacement of the purchased goods, a reduction in the purchase price or termination of this contract, unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or is excessively expensive for the Seller pursuant to Art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code.
- The request must be made in writing, by registered mail with return receipt, to the Seller, who will indicate his willingness to satisfy the request, or the reasons that prevent him from doing so, within 7 working days of receipt.
- In the same communication, if the Seller has accepted the Customer's request, it shall indicate the method of shipment or return of the goods as well as the deadline for the return or replacement of the defective goods.
- If repair and replacement are impossible or too expensive, or the Seller has not repaired or replaced the goods within the term referred to in the previous point or, finally, the replacement or repair carried out previously have caused significant inconvenience to the Customer, the latter may request, at his discretion, a fair reduction of the price or termination of the contract. In such case, the Customer shall send his/her request to the Seller, who will indicate his willingness to satisfy the request, or the reasons that prevent him from doing so, within 7 working days of receipt.
- If the Seller has accepted the Customer's request, in the same communication he shall indicate the proposed price reduction or the modalities for returning the defective goods. In such cases, it shall be the Customer's responsibility to indicate the methods for re-crediting the sums previously paid to the Seller.
