Shipping
- Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, items sold by jcpuniverse.it shall be delivered at street level. The shipping service includes the item, the crate used to provide maximum protection, all-risk insurance and street level delivery. It does not include unpacking, inspection, assembly or installation.
- The Supplier will deliver the items selected and ordered in the manner chosen by the Customer during the purchase process and indicated on the Purchase Order. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any mistakes made in connection with delivery, or delivery of the wrong items due to inaccuracies or incompleteness of the purchase order by the customer.
- Some items cannot be delivered to some geographical areas. The availability of shipping in the geographical area indicated by the user is always confirmed on the purchase form.
- Please note that handling of "Ready to Ship" items, which includes preparing an item for shipping and wrapping, can take up to 7 days. For "Made to order" items, such handling will be included in the production schedule.
- Deliveries shall be made by the forwarding agent appointed by the Seller and deemed most suitable for the type of goods and delivery area. As an indication, delivery times vary from 1 to 3 working days for Italy, up to 6 working days for European countries and up to 10 working days for other destinations.
- In the event that the Seller is unable to make the delivery within that period but, in any case, within the period indicated in the following point, the Customer will be promptly notified by e-mail.

- The Carrier shall make one (1) attempt to deliver the Items; if the first attempt is unsuccessful, the Carrier shall contact ONIRO Group in order to agree on how to proceed, in compliance with the provisions set forth by Art. 1690 of the Italian Civil Code The Items will be held free of charge by the Carrier for five (5) calendar days. After a further twenty (20) calendar days of storage, the Order will be automatically cancelled in accordance with Art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code and ONIRO will reimburse the Customer the value of the Order, except for the charges for delivery and storage, which shall be borne by the Customer. The user shall be notified of termination of the contract and the amount of the refund by email. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer.
- At the time when Delivery is made, the Customer or a trusted person must be available to check that the packaging is undamaged and clean and that the Items received match the items stated on the Order. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred to the Customer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him, except for the Carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
- ONIRO will not be responsible for any delivery delays that occur after leaving the item with the Carrier in charge of its delivery. In the event of defects noticeable on delivery, such as, for example, the number of packages not matching the order or damaged packaging, the Customer (or the person in charge of collecting the goods) is required to make a report in writing to the Carrier immediately (collection with reservation) and to contact the Seller through the platform within twenty-four (24) hours from delivery.
- For purchases where the country of the Seller shipping the goods and the country of the Customer receiving the goods are different, customs duties may be due upon delivery of the goods. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country. To this end, the Customer is required to contact the customs office of his country to check if there are any additional taxes to be paid.
- In case of delays or non-delivery of the purchased goods, the Customer can inform the Seller through the Customer Care Form. The Seller undertakes to contact the Customer within three (3) working days about the matter.
- The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or impossibility of delivery due to: national or local holidays, strikes, riots, natural disasters, carrier accidents, thefts, robberies, epidemics, pandemics or other causes of force majeure beyond the Seller's control. If the cause of force majeure persists for over three (3) months, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Any delays in delivery of less than thirty (30) days shall not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the items, nor to claim any sort of compensation or indemnity. In the event that it is impossible to provide the Customer with a firm delivery date, ONIRO retains the option to offer the Customer the possibility of cancelling the order, at no additional cost and with immediate refund through the means of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of the order.
